We had to call on Severn Edge Vets Friday evening after our 14 year old dog Biscuit had a seizure, After several phone calls with them which were very helpful it was decided we needed to take Biscuit to the clinic. we saw the vet who was very good with not only Biscuit but us as well and it was decided that we would try medication to see if we could control the seizures. I took Biscuit out to the carpark while the wife settled up, while in the carpark Biscuit had another bad seizure, I called to the wife for help and within seconds the staff had picked Biscuit up and taken her back inside where I was astounded by how fast and how much effort they put into helping Biscuit as she was still fitting, 3 staff all on the floor without hesitation or concern for anything but Biscuit. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to let he pass to the rainbow bridge as heart breaking as that was. we were allowed to stay with her as long as we wanted to say our goodbye. they also made paw and nose prints for us. My older dog got seriously poorly, thankfully I got an emergency ap with these guys , I didn’t have a great deal of money, so they gave me a cheaper option for treatment, so if ur animals sick , ask them what’s available, my marmalade is now recovering and I am forever thankful to seven edge vets , top rated staff and vets , who provided me and my dog with emergency help and life saving treatment

Dear Alexia, Lucasz & your wonderful team, I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the compassion and care you showed during one of the hardest moments of our lives — saying goodbye to our beloved collie, Megan. Your kindness, patience, and gentle approach helped ease the pain of an incredibly emotional day. You treated Megan not just as a patient, but as a cherished soul, and that meant the world to us. The way you spoke to us, and to her, with such warmth and respect, brought comfort in a time of heartbreak. Thank you for making a difficult experience a little more bearable. Asked to park for the day because I was working up the road and they refused, plenty of spaces available and wouldn't have caused them any harm.

I was on holiday in the area recently when one of my Scotties was very ill. The vets and indeed all the staff were brilliant, very helpful and understanding during what was an extremely stressful experience. My Scottie had to be admitted and looked after for 3 nights. I was kept informed at all times and reassured throughout. My heartfelt thanks to everyone there. I cannot speak too highly of them all.

Not all heroes wear capes… Every person at Severn Edge Bridgnorth should wear capes and wear them proudly. We had an serious issue with another vet in Shrewsbury (sounds like sedipet 😂) where they put money first and not your pet!!! Refuse to treat unless you pay upfront,even if you have top insurance cover!!! If we had not got our french bulldog Nala to Severn Edge she would be dead now,the staff,vets and nurses are brilliant and so caring Luckily Nala pulled through and is finally home having lots of fuss and cuddles We cannot thank Severn Edge enough for saving our little girl If you need a vet these are without doubt the best Simon & Stacey Crook

I can’t recommend Severn Edge Vets highly enough – especially Ele, who was absolutely brilliant. It’s not easy to find a vet with proper knowledge of hens, but Ele clearly knows her stuff and was so calm, caring and reassuring throughout. She advised me on the best treatment for my hen, Lady Featherington, and carried out the implant procedure with no problem at all – Lady Featherington didn’t even seem to notice! Thanks to Ele’s expert care, she’s now back to her usual self. I felt completely confident in Ele’s hands – she really helped her feel better and made the whole experience so much easier for both of us. Thank you.

Great experience here recently when my dog was very sick. The 24/7 opening hours are very reassuring in an emergency. Everyone was great from receptionists to nurses and vets. My dog was cared for very well, they arranged for me to visit her in hospital and communicated with me twice a day. In addition calls with her test results were really fast. Can’t fault them.
