I cannot thank the team at this vets enough for the care, kindness and compassion they have shown Charlie over the past 12 years. Charlie was a regular visitor over the years, and throughout his life he was always treated with such genuine care and kindness. The team got to know him, cared about him and were always there to support us whenever he needed them. As Charlie reached the end of his life, we sadly had to take him to an emergency vet, but I will always be incredibly grateful to our vets for everything they had done for him over the previous 12 years. They were a huge part of Charlie’s life and played such an important role in caring for our beautiful boy. The care, compassion and professionalism we experienced from this practice has been outstanding. Knowing Charlie had been looked after by people who genuinely cared about him meant so much to us. Thank you for looking after Charlie for 12 wonderful years. We will always be grateful. ❤️🐾

Thank you so much for coming to our rescue yesterday at such short notice. Both ourselves and Merlin were well looked after. It was the hardest decision of our lives to put him to sleep but you all were so kind to us. Many thanks for making the sad situation a little easier for us. xx

I would like to thank David , the vet we saw recently when we brought our elderly cat in. She hadn't been at all well and we realise she's coming to the end of her days. He spent a lot of time with us and was so kind . Some vets would have tried to to get us to have blood tests and pay for tablets, but he said she's not in any pain and just give her what she wanted to eat snd look after her. Thankfully she has picked up a bit since then but it was good to have that advice from such a caring man .

We saw Sarah for the first time we our dog who has a spinal injury she was so positive after the previous vet we are so pleased we went to Bridgnorth Vets a 5 star service.
