Services
- •Routine veterinary care including consultations, check-ups, vaccinations, microchipping and nurse clinics. Recent reviews mention annual jabs, first appointments for new clients and supportive routine visits for puppies.
- •Surgery and procedures including neutering, dentistry and other pet surgery. Recent examples include dog castration, a guinea pig castration and a successful dental procedure for a dachshund, with owners often praising the explanations given before and after treatment.
- •Diagnostics and treatment support including in-house laboratory work, diagnostic imaging and hospitalisation facilities. Reviews also mention detailed discussions of results and next steps, plus phone and email updates while pets are in for treatment.
- •Urgent care remains a clear part of the service. Reviews describe short-notice help for emergencies and follow-up support, including treatment after toxic ingestion and care for a dog with hip problems.
- •Facilities noted on the website include a surgical suite, digital imaging, hospitalisation facilities, and separate dog, cat and isolation wards. When the practice is closed, out-of-hours support is provided through VidiVet.
Pricing
A very limited amount of published pricing suggests the clinic may sit below average, but this is based on very few comparable services. Feedback on cost is limited, though one owner described a dachshund dental as reasonably priced.
