Having 3 cats and a Westie we go to the vets regularly. Connaught house is just 500m from our house in Codsall, so we tend to walk. It’s usually easy to get a appointment, they always try to fit you in, even if its last minute. Everyone is really friendly, and the receptionist always makes a fuss of our dog Ollie. The vets who work there are brilliant, and always offer great advice. Vet bills are never cheap, but the charges here are quite reasonable. They only open in the evenings in Codsall, but we find it suites our lifestyle. Highly Recommended.

My wife turned up on time for an appointment, the vet was not there, she was sent off for 15 minutes to wait for the vet, basically left hanging around in the cold. Upon return, the vet is now seeing someone else and it's my wife's fault because she is supposedly late'. Incompetent staff did not have the decency to even call her when the vet turned up. Vet refused to acknowledge this mess up and she told to wait or rebook. In summary our first and last visit - unprofessional, incompetent and a waste of time.
