Put a cat to sleep on welfare grounds today.... no owners about. When I called to tell them my puppy had been severely injured in a dog fight they wanted the money up front a d refused to put the dog who caused the fight and tend to the very injured pup until payment

We had to take our boy Scruffy in last Monday evening and we knew in our hearts we would be saying goodbye. Emily and the team that night were amazing, what was a heartbreaking time for us was dealt with with dignity, respect and such kindness. We were never rushed and everything was explained thoroughly. Thank you for all your care over the years and keep up your amazing work.

I have been a customer here for 10 years and must say I have only received the highest quality of service and care. They saved the life if my cat Phoebe when she was only 14weeks old. Other practices simply said "Oh dear, sorry can't help, it's Sunday" Highly recommend. Plus thier fees are reasonable.

I wanted to take a moment to commend Becky at SEV Ludlow for her outstanding service. Each time I visit, Becky is incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. She always takes the time to ask about my cat, Nala, and genuinely cares about how she is doing. Her calm demeanour and willingness to go above and beyond make every interaction a pleasure. Whether booking an appointment, answering questions, or finding additional information, Becky does so with efficiency and a warm, empathetic approach. She is a tremendous asset to your team, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she provides during every visit.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Severn Edge Vets - Ludlow Eco Park. After my cat was euthanized, I was shocked to find that the cannula used to administer the euthanasia drug was left in my cat’s paw. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I planned to bury my cat in my garden. Leaving a piece of medical equipment, especially one that was just used to administer a lethal substance, is not only careless but shows a complete disregard for proper medical waste disposal. This is not only a safety issue but also deeply disrespectful to both the pet and the owner. I expected a higher level of professionalism from your clinic, and this experience has left me questioning whether basic protocols are being followed. I will not be returning and will be sharing my experience with others to ensure they are aware of the potential risks associated with your services.

The best and most caring vets I have ever met in my life! They've taken extra care with Taquito who needed more after care than expected after a castration, Bella who had become too hot and needed an emergency visit - to me fainting because I had worried about her so much. They really care, and the vet offered to bring Bella home for me when I had fainted and couldn't drive myself. My rabbits are so lucky to have such a caring veterinary practice with amazing staff ❤️ thank you all so, so much.
