My dog is terrified of visiting the Vet. However, all the staff at Medivet are very understanding and supportive. They make a fuss of my dog and adapt to accommodate her. I would definitely recommend this practice

Caring, friendly Team loved by all. Supported us whilst saying goodbye to our 20 year old cat last year, and now back again with our little 10 week old bundle of fun Wilson 🐈 to help keep healthy hopefully for as long !!

Alex the vet very good with my cat Casper. However, a bit confusing before my appointment as I received a text for an appointment on a day I didn’t book and then an email saying I needed to book an appointment as I had cancelled one (which I hadn’t). They need to review their admin systems.

Our cat was seen quite promptly after I complained at there not being a vet appointment for another week. When the vet did see her she was sensible and did not jump to conclusions requiring expensive precedures and instead gave her a more potent worm pill. The staff were helpful and efficient and it must have been difficult for them having to explain to their clients that they did not have a vet or a locum to replace them.

Sadly our only experience of the practice was in Nov 23 when 4 days after moving to wem we had to have our beloved Finn put to sleep. It was his time and the staff were truly wonderful caring and compassionate. Thank you x
