Lovely welcome from reception on arrival. Vet Rachael was amazing and made alot of fuss of my dog who is quite anxious. Had a full health check, booster, kennel cough, flea/worm, nail trim. I joined their pet health plan, so pay monthly and save money, Just upgraded to their pet health plus and will never have to pay a consult fee again. Fab vets, would not go anywhere else

Staff always very friendly with peanut, and treat him with lots of fuss and attention. As a banned breed he often gets judged by his looks and his muzzle. But everyone at the practice is so welcoming and he always leaves with his tail wagging and happy of the fuss. Always seen without too much of a wait even when busy. We're on holiday in the area and my 3 year old miniature poodle was experiencing pain in his back. From initial phone call through to us leaving, the staff were lovely, kind and helpful. Vet Chris took his time with my pup and talked through everything with me. We were very lucky that they fitted us in that afternoon. Excellent all round!

The staff were ever so polite as well as the vet who treated my dog for the second time & again the vet explained in great detail of what was happening with my dog & yet again reassured me that i had nothing to worry about. I have been with them for afew years now n their customer service again is still outstanding & im quite happy staying with them for now & in the future.
