First visit to Alveley vets today. Lovely modern premises, friendly staff, bill came to less than I expected. Great service and value for money. Will definitely be staying as a client, very happy.

Our dog recently had a serious operation and Alveley vets have been excellent. They were extremely supportive all through our dogs treatment and then we followed with laser treatment course which we found beneficial. We are very lucky we have this service in Alveley. Everyone so cheerful and very efficient.

Once again, excellent care was given to my little Princess, in a lovely modern and exceptionally clean environment with helpful and informative staff. Princess is now comfortable and wagging her tail. Thank you Princess & Kim x

The staff were very professional and helpful. They were courteous to myself and looked after my cat extremely well. He was happy and calm when he was returned to me. The heart nurse explained the scan and it's findings to me very thoroughly, answering all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. They even helped me with understanding my insurance. Overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend this vets to anyone.

We would definitely recommend Alveley Village pets. From start to finish, they were kind, clear, and wanted what was best for our girl. We had honest information, and it was clear from the beginning what the cost would be, so there no hidden surprises like I've had in the past. Charlie was amazing, and we wouldn't now go anywhere else.
